Once given permission by you, our Claim Bot can quickly scan your emails to detect any flights that may be eligible for a compensation claim. We then cross-reference the flight details with various other sources to determine if the flight was delayed/cancelled and the reason for the delay. If all looks good, we’ll collate all the necessary information to present to the airline in order to submit your claim for compensation. When the airline pays out the compensation, we take our cut (see our Fees) and then instantly transfer the balance to your bank account. All you need to do is just sit back and let our bot do all the hard work, making this the easiest way to claim for delayed and cancelled flights!
Absolutely! The Claim Bot will rescan your emails every now and then to check if you’ve taken any flights which could be eligible for a new claim. We can do all the background checks and apply for the compensation on your behalf, and then notify you as soon as the money is deposited into your account.
Yes, your data is 100% secure and private at all times. None of our staff have access to your emails, as all flight history data is processed by our AI Claim Bot. If a potential delay/cancellation claim opportunity is found, we may then need to request some further information from you in order to help ensure the claim process goes as smoothly as possible and improve your chances of success. The data is only used for the purpose of the specific claim by our trained staff.
